Return Policy (Defective Products Only)

Because our totes and bags are handcrafted with care, all sales are final. We only accept defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.

What's a Defective Product? A defective product has a manufacturing issue that affects its use. Small variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal for handcrafted items and are not defects.

Reporting a Defect Contact us at serendipiasimplecrafts@hotmail.com within 7 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

We will review the information and let you know if the item qualifies for repair or return.

If approved, send the item to: Serendipia Simple Crafts, HC-01 BOX 16996, Humacao, PR 00791.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Repairs and Refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • If the item is defective, we will try to repair it.
  • If repair isn't possible, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Items If your order arrives incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
