Return Policy (Defective Products Only)

Because our totes and bags are handcrafted with care, all sales are final. We only accept defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.

What’s a Defective Product?

A defective product has a manufacturing issue that affects its use.
Small variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal for handcrafted items and are not defects.

Reporting a Defect

Contact us at serendipiasimplecrafts@hotmail.com within 7 days and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect

We will review the information and let you know if the item qualifies for repair or return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Repairs and Refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • If the item is defective, we will try to repair it.

  • If repair isn’t possible, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
